Instructions

Take a 5-Day Istanbul Highlights Tour package: 4 Nights Accommodation, Return Airport Transfers, 3 Full Guided City Tours include the Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, Bosphorus Cruise, Professional English speaking tour guide on local tours and meals as per itinerary.

Itinerary

Arrive at any time. Upon arrival in Istanbul transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free for you to explore on your own.

Overnight in Istanbul
Included Meal(s): No meals are included on this day

After breakfast at approximately 8:30 am, you will be picked up from your hotel to begin the full-day tour. Today on the tour you will visit Hagia Sophia Museum, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Grand Bazaar, and Topkapi Palace. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel. (Note that Topkapı Palace is closed Tuesday, and Hagia Sophia is closed Monday).

After breakfast at approximately 8:30 am, you will be picked up from your hotel to begin the full-day tour of Bosphorus Cruise and Two Continents. Start the day with a visit to the Spice Bazaar (Egyptian), Then join a boat excursion on the Bosphorus. Next, visit the Beylerbeyi Palace and Camlica Hill. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel around 8:30 am to join a full-day tour of the Princess Islands. You will then get on-board a local shared passenger boat for a short trip to reach Buyukada or the Princess Islands. On the Princess Islands, you will see traditional wooden houses and will enjoy panoramic views from the Islands. You will experience the narrow streets and beautiful views of the summer homes of some of the most affluent Turks. Lunch will be provided in a traditional Turkish restaurant; a fish entree is recommended. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel at approximately 5:30 pm.

After breakfast, you will check-out from your hotel in Istanbul (hotel check-out is before 11:00 am) and will then be transferred to the Istanbul International airport according to your flight details. This will be the end of our tour and services.

Important Notes :

The order of the itinerary is indicative and subject to change, but all visits described will take place.
The Blue Mosque is not open for visitation on Fridays as it is closed for religious prayer services. You will only be able to visit the outside of the Blue Mosque area on tours operated on Fridays. No visitation will be allowed inside the Blue Mosque for tourists on Fridays
St. Sophia is closed on Monday, this will be replaced with the Basilica Cistern (Yerebatan Sarnici)
Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesday, it will be replaced with the Beylerbeyi Palace
Beylerbeyi Palace is closed on Monday and Thursday, this will be replaced with the Kariye Museum (The Chora Church)
Grand Bazaar is closed on Sunday
During religious holidays, the spice market and Grand Bazaar are closed

When To Book

Book as soon as possible to guarantee availability, especially during public holidays and festivities.
You can book up to 2 days before (Istanbul local time) if there are still places available. If less than 2 days before the start of your requested tour date, please contact us by email or phone as it would be a last-minute booking that will need to be checked for availability before your tour reservation is confirmed.
